PSI Industrial Sanitary Gauge Assembly

The PSI Series is a stainless steel case gauge mounted to a glycerin filled diaphragm seal. It is used to prevent clogging of viscous materials that may solidify. This gauge is CRN registered and available with a crimp-on or bayonet ring.

PTR Tamper Resistant Process Gauge

This solid front, blowout back premium gauge is welded to a 316L stainless steel one-piece diaphragm seal, creating an assembly that is tamper-resistant. Ideal for the process industry, Winters' PTR Series features a permanently enclosed glycerin filled system and a field-fillable gauge.

PN2 Nace Gauge, MR0175-2002

Winters’ new NACE compliant gauge offers instrumentation safety and highly reliable performance in oil fields. Meeting NACE International Standards MR0175-2002, these robust gauges are a requirement in sour gas applications. Winters’ NACE Gauge comes standard with a pressure release disk, so that in the rare instance of failure, release of pressure may be discharged out the back of the gauge. This gauge features a standard laminated safety glass lens for added protection.

PXT Xmas Tree Gauge

Built to the specific needs of oil field equipment, Winters' Xmas Tree Gauge is used in severe conditions where rugged construction is required. The Xmas Tree Gauge features a ±1% ANSI/ASME Grade A full scale accuracy for accurate pressure readings, stainless steel case, ring, socket and Bourdon tube to withstand corrosive environments, and an adjustable aluminum micrometer pointer. Restrictor screw is standard on this gauge.

Safety Case Gauge

Winters Instruments’ Safety Case Gauge is designed to be used where safety is a major concern. With a solid front and blowout back, this gauge features a 0.5% ANSI/ASME Grade 1A accuracy, full rotary movement and a micrometer pointer for easy calibration. The 4.5" dial makes the gauge easy to read even from a distance.

3A Sanitary Gauges

Winters has new 3A approved sanitary gauges for the Pharmaceutical and Food, Beverage & Dairy Industries. Exceeding requirements and quality benchmarks, these premium gauges come standard with +/-0.75% full scale accuracy, less than 0.16% temperature effect and a 50% over-range capability.

Pressure & Temperature Kit

This Kit comes with a Winters 90 Series multi-scale pressure gauge, two thermometers and stainless steel probes for test plug insertion. A durable carrying case protects the kit components between uses.
